These prosciutto cups take stuffing to the next level – serve them as part of your roast dinner or even as a canapé.

The bone marrow here is optional but adds richness. You can buy marrowbones cheaply in butchers and some supermarkets.
Freeze the assembled stuffing cups in step 4, then defrost to cook.
