This simple fresh fruit recipe takes no more than five minutes to make and is delicious.

  • 1 large orange
  • 1 small passion fruit

  1. Take a serrated knife and carefully cut a slice off the top and bottom of the orange. Stand it on a board and use the knife to cut away the skin and white pith, starting at the top and working downwards, following the shape of the orange.
  2. Either slice the orange into rounds, or separate it into segments. As you do this, hold the orange over a sealable container to collect all the juice and orange pieces.
  3. Cut the passion fruit in half and use a spoon to scoop the seeds and juice into the container with the orange. Stir, seal and chill.
