Orange and passion fruit salad

- 1 large orange
- 1 small passion fruit
- Take a serrated knife and carefully cut a slice off the top and bottom of the orange. Stand it on a board and use the knife to cut away the skin and white pith, starting at the top and working downwards, following the shape of the orange.
- Either slice the orange into rounds, or separate it into segments. As you do this, hold the orange over a sealable container to collect all the juice and orange pieces.
- Cut the passion fruit in half and use a spoon to scoop the seeds and juice into the container with the orange. Stir, seal and chill.
