  • 150ml natural yogurt
  • 3 small bananas, thickly sliced
  • 400g strawberries
  • Juice of 4 oranges
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or agave nectar (from supermarkets and health food shops)
  • 2 handfuls of porridge oats, plus extra to scatter
