Ingredients
- 150ml natural yogurt
- 3 small bananas, thickly sliced
- 400g strawberries
- Juice of 4 oranges
- 1-2 tbsp honey or agave nectar (from supermarkets and health food shops)
- 2 handfuls of porridge oats, plus extra to scatter
Method
- Put everything in a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and serve scattered with a few extra oats.
