We’re a big fan of Monkey Shoulder whisky, a triple malt Scotch. This heady whisky cocktail is like a warm embrace on a chilly day.

Ingredients
- 50ml Monkey Shoulder
- 25ml Drambuie
- 100ml apple juice
- 4 fresh mint leaves
Method
- Shake all the ingredients together and double strain into an ice-filled highball.
- To garnish, add a banana slice and mint leaf.
