Get a good start to the day with this quick and simple breakfast of speedy porridge.


  • 50g of porridge
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 teaspoons of runny honey


  1. Put the porridge oats into a bowl and pour over the milk.
  2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir and sweeten with runny honey to serve.
