Vegan soda float
We’ve made a plant-based soda float by giving it the Freaky Friday treatment, swapping the soda and cream flavours with one another. Cream soda (which is naturally vegan) is topped with a refreshing lemon sorbet. A sprig of mint makes things extra fresh.

Ingredients
330ml cream soda, chilled
Mint leaves to decorate (optional)
1 scoop lemon sorbet

Method
- Pour the cream soda into a tall glass, adding a few mint leaves if you like. Gently place the scoop of sorbet on top. Decorate with a sprig of mint.
