Ingredients

  • 100ml lemon juice, plus lemon wheels to decorate
  • 100ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 400g ice cubes

Method

  1. Put the lemon juice, condensed milk and ice in a blender and whizz until it turns slushy and uniform. Decant into glasses, decorate with a lemon wheel and enjoy.
