Ingredients

  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 1 vegetarian sausage, cooked
  • 1tsp reduced sugar and salt ketchup
  • Small handful mustard and cress
  • 1 small orange, to serve

Method

  1. Slice the cooked sausage in half lengthways and put on top of one of the slices of bread.
  2. Add some ketchup and mustard and cress, then sandwich together with the second slice of bread.
  3. Serve with an orange on the side.
