Ingredients
- 100g unsalted butter
- 80g unrefined light muscovado sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons brandy
Method
- Put 100g unsalted butter (at room temperature) into a bowl and beat until creamy and white. Add 80g unrefined light muscovado sugar, a little at a time and beating well with each addition. Then beat in 2-3 tablespoons brandy (depending how boozy you like it). At first it will seem like the brandy won’t amalgamate but it will become a smooth butter.
