Spiced nuts recipe

Give mixed nuts an exotic twist and serve with drinks at your next party.

Spiced nuts

Ingredients

  1. 4 tbsp olive oil
  2. 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  3. 2 tsp Tabasco
  4. 2 tsp ground cumin
  5. 2 tsp paprika
  6. 2 tsp garam masala
  7. 2 x 200g bags mixed nuts, such as pecans, hazelnuts, cashews and macadamias

Method

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan160°C/gas 4. Put the oil, sauces and spices into a roasting tin. Stir, then add the mixed nuts and toss together in the tin. Cook for 10 minutes, then stir. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, if necessary, until golden brown. Tip onto kitchen paper to remove excess grease, then sprinkle with sea salt to serve.
