  • 2 plain naans
  • 290g jar Whole Cherry Tomato & Basil sauce
  • 150g pack Italian mozzarella
  • 50g sliced pepperoni
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/fan180C/gas 6. Put naan breads on a large baking tray. Divide jar of sauce between them, spreading evenly over each. Top with sliced mozzarella and sliced pepperoni. Season and pop in the oven for 10-12 minutes until piping hot and the cheese is turning golden. Scatter with fresh basil leaves to serve.
