Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp easy green sauce
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped toasted walnuts, plus extra to serve
  • 1 tbsp finely grated parmesan (or veggie equivalent), plus extra to serve (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • 150g dried pasta (we used spaghetti)

Method

  1. Mix the green sauce with the finely chopped toasted walnuts and finely grated parmesan, adding enough olive oil to create a pesto-like consistency.
  2. Cook the dried pasta in salted boiling water, then drain and toss with the bright green pesto. Serve with extra walnuts and shaved cheese on top, if you like.
