Ingredients

40ml Stone’s Original Green Ginger Wine
15ml premium brandy
Dash of double cream
Freshly grated nutmeg

Method

Put the ginger wine and brandy into a small pan. Add a drop or two of the cream and stir well. Warm through gently – don’t bring to simmering point (see tips).
Remove from the heat, allow to cool for 1 minute, then pour into a glass. Grate some nutmeg over the top.
