A very Christmassy and pretty pink cocktail that’s sure to put everyone in a jovial and festive mood.

Ingredients

  1. 200g berry sorbet
  2. 300ml pomegranate juice, chilled
  3. 150ml vodka, chilled

Method

  1. 1. Chill 4 martini glasses. Whizz the sorbet, pomegranate juice and vodka in a blender and pour into the chilled glasses. Serve ice cold.
