Grilled crottin in prosciutto

This easy French recipe of goat’s cheese wrapped in prosciutto is so easy to make and absolutely delicious. Try serving as a starter or canapé for your dinner party.

If you’re a huge fan of crottin de Chavignol try it, in this recipe, on croutons with tomato soup.

Ingredients
- 1 small round Crottin cheese
- 1 paper-thin slice prosciutto
- 1 slice ciabatta
- Olive oil
- Few mashed black olives
Method
- Wrap the cheese in the prosciutto and grill under a hot, preheated grill for about 5 minutes, turning once.
- Meanwhile, toast the ciabatta, rub with oil and thinly spread with the olives. Set the cheese on top and serve with cherry tomatoes and herbs, slow roasted in olive oil.
