Creamy, salty feta is whizzed in a food processor with greek yogurt to make the ultimate dip. Once you’ve made this and seen how easy it is, we reckon you’ll find it hard to stop. You can use it as the base of a salad, serve it with crudités and flat bread, or try our whipped feta and blackberry tartines, why not?!

- 17.5g (9.1g saturated)
- 2.1g (2g sugars)
- 200g feta
- 150g greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle
- Put the feta and yogurt in a food processor and whizz until smooth. Continue processing while drizzling in the olive oil until all incorporated. Season and serve drizzled with a little extra oil and sprinkled with plenty of freshly ground black pepper.
