Chai recipes
Chai is a warming drink that originates from India, blending black tea and various spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, black peppercorns and cloves. It can be served black or with milk, but the fragrant flavours also work perfectly in bakes and desserts, too.
We’ve rounded up our favourite recipes that let the flavours of chai shine. Start with the basics and make some of Dishoom’s masala chai, try a twist with our chai creme brulee or go rich and decadent with chai hot chocolate and spiced waffle dippers.
