  • 125g softened unsalted butter
  • 100g light muscovado sugar
  • 2 tbsp of Grand Marnier


  1. Put butter into a bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in sugar, then gradually beat in Grand Marnier. Serve with hot Christmas puddings.
