Ingredients
- 40g gluten-free porridge oats
- 250ml skimmed milk
- 80g fresh or frozen mixed berries, defrosted if frozen, to serve

Method
- Put the porridge oats and milk into a pan and simmer gently for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally until the mixture becomes thick and creamy. Alternatively, ut the porridge oats into a bowl and pour over the milk. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture stand for 1 min. Top with the mixed berries and serve.
