Healthy gluten-free porridge with berries

You can’t beat a comforting bowl of hot porridge on a chilly winter morning. Our easy version is gluten-free and low in calories too.
- 4.2g (0.9g saturates)
- 41g (15g sugars)
- 40g gluten-free porridge oats
- 250ml skimmed milk
- 80g fresh or frozen mixed berries, defrosted if frozen, to serve
- Put the porridge oats and milk into a pan and simmer gently for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture stand for 1 min. Top with the mixed berries and serve.
