Let’s be honest – have you ever ordered a Long Island Iced Tea for the flavour without considering the end result? For something with such a large amount of booze in it, this cocktail is surprisingly drinkable and refreshing. But be careful!

Ingredients

  • 15ml tequila
  • 15ml gin
  • 15ml vodka
  • 15ml white rum
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 50-100ml cola
  • 1 lemon slice to garnish

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients apart from the cola in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 30 seconds, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with cola and garnish with a lemon slice.

  1. You can easily double or triple the recipe to make a bigger batch.
