Long Island iced tea

Let’s be honest – have you ever ordered a Long Island Iced Tea for the flavour without considering the end result? For something with such a large amount of booze in it, this cocktail is surprisingly drinkable and refreshing. But be careful!

Ingredients
- 15ml tequila
- 15ml gin
- 15ml vodka
- 15ml white rum
- 15ml Cointreau
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml lime juice
- 50-100ml cola
- 1 lemon slice to garnish

Method
- Put all the ingredients apart from the cola in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 30 seconds, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with cola and garnish with a lemon slice.
