Ingredients

  • 50ml Blissfully Blackcurrant Sirop
  • Juice ½ lime
  • A few fresh mint sprigs
  • 50ml gin
  • Ice to serve
  • 175ml fiery ginger beer (we like Fentimans)

Method

  1. Pour the blackcurrant sirop into a glass, squeeze in the lime juice, then add the squeezed-out lime half to the glass along with the mint. Muddle together (with the handle end of a wooden spoon or cocktail muddler), then pour in the gin and mix to combine.
  2. Fill the glass with ice, top up with ginger beer and serve without delay – preferably in the garden.
