The impressive menu
There’s no doubt that this three-course barbecue extravaganza will turn heads at your next alfresco do. There’s scallops with a chilli and anchovy butter for starters and a velvety miso aubergine with rib steak for main. Think you can’t do dessert on a barbie? Think again! You absolutely can with this; griddled nectarines, charred brioche and hazelnut praline. Note: all guests must attend with an appetite.
The one for meat-lovers
Everyone to their marination stations! We’ve got all sorts of meaty madness going on in this menu. There are spicy beef skewers served with peanut sauce, tandoori-style chicken drizzled in minted yoghurt chutney, plus lick-your-lips marmalade-glazed ribs. Choose one or try them all – there’s an option for every meat-lover at this barbecue.
The seafood special
In the mood for seafood? We’ve got a treat for you. Nibble away at a platter of barbecued prawns, squid and scallops, then it’s time to get serious with our really, truly, properly impressive paella. In need of another nibble? These griddled prawns with garlic butter and salsa are well worth the mess. Note: napkins should be provided.
The vegetarian feast
Sure, you could stick a few peppers and some sorry slices of halloumi on a barbie and call it vegetarian. But where’s the ‘show-off’ in that? Serve up corn on the cobs slathered in lashings of garlic butter and sprinkle flame-baked cauliflower kebabs with crunchy smoked almonds. Then, to really push the boat out, our crispy, buttery Persian rice with pickled walnuts and courgettes will make the statement you’ve been searching for.
