We love cheese in all its forms, but fondue has to be up there with the best. The Swiss dish combines multiple melted cheeses in a communal pot for all your dipping desires: most commonly bread, but you can also use veg.

We’ve taken inspiration from the Swiss tradition to bring you this collection, packed with the traditional and twists alike: find recipes for a classic fondue, savoury bakes that allow cheese to be the star, or sweet versions (we’re talking about our dark chocolate salted caramel fondue). Dig in!
