Ingredients
- ½ large white cabbage, sliced into 6 wedges
- 200g green beans, trimmed
- ½ tsp chipotle paste
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 2 tbsp blanched almonds, chopped
- 1 tbsp crispy shallots
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, ideally a mix of black and white

Method
- Put the cabbage wedges in a steamer basket and steam for 10 minutes. Put the green beans in a second basket and, once the 10 minutes is up, add below the cabbage and steam both vegetables for a further 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, stir the chipotle paste and honey together in a small bowl and the almonds, crispy shallots and sesame seeds with a pinch of salt in another. When the vegetables are cooked, transfer to a serving platter, then drizzle with the spicy honey and sprinkle with the nut mixture.
