Hash has a reputation as a breakfast or brunch dish, but we think a hash is good any time of day. Eggs, chorizo and potatoes frequently feature, and you can also try fish, shellfish or a meat such as lamb. You can often make the most of all those ‘fridge ends’ before they’re destined for the compost bin too.
