Nutella hot chocolate and s’mores

The ultimate campfire (or Bonfire Night) treat; hot mugs of sweet Nutella hot chocolate with a side of chocolate biscuit s’mores.
You can make s’more even more decadent with this recipe, made using chocolate chip cookies.
- 19.2g (9g saturated)
- 46.5g (35.3g sugars)
- 200g jar hazelnut spread
- 1 litre whole milk
- 16 chocolate-coated biscuits
- 16 marshmallows
You’ll also need…
- Skewers or sticks for toasting
- Put the Nutella and milk in a flameproof pan and warm over the heat, stirring until smooth.
- Wrap the ends of your skewers/sticks in foil, then thread 2 marshmallows on each, toasting and turning in the flames/heat until soft. Sandwich the 2 melted mallows between 2 biscuits to pull them off, then serve with the hot chocolate.
For one hot chocolate, put 2 tbsp Nutella into your mug, then add hot milk and stir.
