Maple syrup recipes

This sweet, sticky syrup adds an irresistible element to sweet and savoury dishes alike. You’ll find classics (pancakes, anyone?), but we’ve also got some other delicious additions in our collection.

Keep things classic with gingerbread pancakes topped with bacon and maple syrup, try a salty-sweet salted maple pretzel pie, create a showstopping banana, maple and pecan cake or treat yourself to some oaty maple and pecan flapjacks.

On the savoury side, we’ve got roast duck with rich maple baked beans, maple and spice slow-roasted lamb shoulder, or a wonderful veggie maple-glazed parsnip, chestnut and feta loaf.
