Vegetarian Christmas dinner recipes
Make the most of the season’s fabulous winter ingredients such as squash, chestnuts, Jerusalem artichokes and parsnips to create these vegetarian Christmas mains (filo Christmas wreath and a black garlic nut roast), starters and sides (butter-roast parsnips, tahini roast potatoes, sourdough stuffing balls). How about a goat’s cheese, squash and mushroom pithivier? Or Marcus Wareing’s roasted onion tarte tatin? You could consider these recipes if you’re simply not a lover of turkey, too.
