Our St Patrick’s Day recipes also celebrate three of Ireland’s famous liquid assets – Guinness, Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur and whiskey – with ingenious ideas for cooking with them. This chocolate porter cake and oxtail braised in Guinness are two of our favourites.
