Blood orange recipes

The crimson colour of a blood orange isn’t the only brilliant thing about this citrus fruit. Their floral, slightly sweeter flavour lends well to both sweet and savoury dishes, and we’ve got plenty of inspiration to discover. They have a short moment of availability – around January to March in the UK, and fresh fruits are pretty much impossible to get hold of outside this season.
