Wild garlic recipes
Wild garlic, or ramsons, is one of our favourite springtime ingredients. The leaves add a wonderfully subtle, tangy flavour to sandwiches, salads, stir-fries and soups.
Look for it from around March until June each year in the UK. Later in its season it has star-shaped white flowers. You can learn how to forage for wild garlic here.
